Lydia High is an American businesswomen, speaker, consultant, financial columnist, author, and University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) business finance instructor. In 2010, she started Precise Business Management (Accountancy Firm) to provide accounting and business management service to her clients. Lydia brings more than 25 years of business management and financial solutions. Lydia launched "Nu Money" – Podcast in 2019.

The equivalent English term is the "new rich" or "new money". Sociologically, nouveau riche refers to the person who previously had belonged to a lower social class and economic stratum within that class; and that the new money, which constitutes his or her wealth, allowed upward social mobility.
